Chicago's Best Contractors was founded by Collin Boltz, a Chicago native who has worked in various trades since 2007 which at the age of 17, started College Fund Deck Finishers which provided deck power-washing, staining, and rebuild services. His first flip project was in 2011 where he converted an outdated condo into a successful rental unit which years later sold for over twice the original purchase price. After years of working on home-building and renovation crews, Collin earned his real estate brokers license in 2017 and worked in property management before starting Chicago's Best Contractors which aims to provide Chicago-based clients with building and property maintenance services with affordability, reliability, and investment in mind. Collin currently owns several properties including investment properties and maintains a healthy mix of maintenance business to support his own property upkeep and investment goals.
